CLINICCARE GLOW AHA PEEL 

This peel is a mild superficial glycolic acid peel which will remove the upper layer of the epidermis (ph1.7). It inhibits melanin synthesis , brightens the skin, evens out discolouration and safe to use on darker skin.

Active Ingredients:

Glycolic Acid 28%  – Contains the smallest and most effective alpha hydroxy acid, derived from sugar cane. It Exfoliates the epidermis, promotes epidermolysis, has a mild peeling effect & stimulates the growth of new skin. It safely removes the outer layer of dead skin cells ,bringing fresh, new skin to the surface.

Mandelic Acid 6%  – This alpha hydroxy acid is derived from bitter almonds. It has depigmenting properties, inhibits melanin synthesis, exfoliates & rejuvenates skin.

Kojic Acid 4%  – Derived from a variety of fungi & organic substances. It is used to diminish dark areas resulting from excessive pigmentation in the skin.It inhibits the activity of tyrosinase and prevents the formation of melanin.

Arbutin 2% – Acts by reversibly suppressing melanosomal tyrosinase activity, thus prevents the synthesis of melanocytes. It works synergistically with Kojic acid to enhance the brighting effect.

This peel is a superficial chemical peel that removes the upper epidermis (ph1.55). It strengthens the skin and stimulates collagen synthesis.

This peel is a superficial chemical peel that will remove the upper layers of the epidermis (ph2.4)

Active Ingredients

Salicylic Acid 22% – Derived from willow bark tree bark, this has keratosis, comedolytic, anti-inflammatory & antiseptic properties.Its lipophilic properties enables the salicylic acid to penetrate and dissolve sebum, making it a highly effective therapy for acne. In addition, it has anti-inflammatory properties which make it suitable for sensitive skins conditions, such aa rosacea. Salicylic acid has a mild anaesthetic effect compared to AHA’s.

Lactic Acid 12% – The mildest of alpha hydroxy acids, It has water binding properties and stimulates collagen synthesis.

Glycolic acid 12% – Exfoliates the epidermis has a mild peeling effect, disperses basal layer melanin & stimulates the growth of new skin. Glycolic acid also reduces the amount of surface oil.
